We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to eateries and just a short walk from Pelican Bay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed with the breakfast provided. the hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay for our family, especially while traveling with young children.

Good value for the price with excellent location. Free wifi and breakfast provided. The staff was friendly and helped us to arrange some tours and activities. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the ability to meet other travelers on site.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was the perfect decision. the decoration was amazing and full of holiday spirit. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the pool area and outdoor eating area were fantastic, we had an incredible time swimming and having meals outdoors. We were also very close to the main landmarks of the city, making it very easy to explore the island's main attractions and the surrounding culture.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although the staff was always willing to prepare anything we asked for, the options at the buffet were limited and lacked variety.
